Ray Barton Builds a 528-inch Street Hemi!

First, the ARP main cap studs were torqued in four steps (25, 50, 75, 100 lb-ft) from the inside to the outside of the cap for a final torque of 100 lb-ft. Then the cross bolts were done in three steps with final torque at 45 lb-ft. We noticed the crank spun more freely by hand after the cross-bolts were torqued.
